+ Once the client and I have communicated what they are wanting the home to look like with inspiration pictures.
+ I then source large samples of Paint Colours, Bench top and Cabinetry Materials and Tiles for all Wet Areas, we then meet to confirm.
+ A clearly written Full Colour Selection Schedule is then sent to the client which can be given to the builder, cabinet maker, tiler etc. It also comes with clearly noted locations of tiles and layouts so the tiler and builder know where everything is.
+ This gives the client and builder communication in writing and each areas of the home.
+ I also can source all tap ware, basins, bath and appliances to suit the clients needs.

This large amount of detail in homes is often left to the owner to get their designs done by a joiner or cabinet maker.
In the last two years I have designed some beautiful Kitchens, Butlers Pantry's, Mudrooms, Master WIR, Wet Areas and Laundries. I have an amazing program to draw scaled, informative drawings and designs you need to give to the builder and trades that translates everything.
Details included are heights of vanities, basins, tap ware and mirrors.
Locations of designer products in kitchens, butlers pantry, laundry's such as - Pull out bins, laundry hampers for clothing, hanging rails etc.

Creating a clients vision and dream home is by putting together a source board of items for them to purchase - this can include artwork, lighting, rugs, furniture, tap ware, flooring and materials. Measuring the space for furniture to sit in gives a true picture of how there home is going to come together in proportion to their own space. It also has the detail of sizes, colour and pricing to suit everyones budget.
